People think he is one of the best all-rounders ever. Young players are still inspired by his amazing skills and ability to lead. He is a fast-medium bowler known for how fast he throws the ball and a middle-order hitter who hits hard.
BCCI shared a picture of Kapil with his international numbers on X and wished the best all-rounder for Team India a happy birthday.


Rajeev Shukla, Vice-President of the BCCI, also sent his best wishes to the “icon of the game and inspiration to millions.”
