Comedian Sunil Pal has once again made headlines with fresh claims about India’s Got Latent Season 2. Amid his ongoing criticism of comedian Samay Raina and the show’s format, Pal alleged that he was offered ₹25 lakh to appear on the comedy reality show but declined the invitation because he did not want to use abusive language.

Speaking to paparazzi in Mumbai, Sunil Pal claimed that Samay Raina personally approached him for the second season of India’s Got Latent. According to Pal, he was offered ₹25 lakh to join the show, but he refused, saying, “Main gaali nahi dunga” (I won’t use abusive language). He further alleged that he was told he did not necessarily have to use abusive words himself, even if others on the panel did.

During the media interaction, photographers pointed out that actors Alia Bhatt and Sharvari, who featured as the first celebrity guests on the new season while promoting Alpha, also refrained from using abusive language on the show. Responding to the remark, Pal took another swipe at Alia Bhatt, making a sarcastic comment that has since gone viral on social media.

Sunil Pal’s latest statements have reignited conversations surrounding India’s Got Latent, a show that has frequently sparked debate for its edgy humour, bold content, and use of explicit language. His comments add to the ongoing exchange between the veteran comedian and Samay Raina, with Pal repeatedly criticising the show’s style and questioning its influence on audiences.
