In the ongoing Ultimate Kho Kho Season 2, Gujarat Giants defeated Telugu Yoddhas 41-24, and on Friday at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Cuttack, Chennai Quick Guns defeated Rajasthan Warriors 31-27. Sanket Kadam, who scored 12 points from two skydives and two pole dives, emerged as the game’s MVP for the victorious team. Gujarat’s victory was also aided by Rajvardhan Patil, Suyash Gargate, and Abhinandan Patil, who stayed on the mat for longer than six minutes in order to score vital dream run bonus points.

They won the game handily, scoring 20 points overall and reaching the goal with ease in the final turn. Ramji Kashyap had earlier scored eight points during the attack to bring his league total of points scored to thirty. Along with Sachin Bhargo’s six offensive points, he remained on the mat for over a minute, adding to Chennai’s dream run bonus points.The Rajasthan Warriors, who chose to attack first, got off to a slow start in the first turn and gave the Chennai Quick Guns three dream run bonus points. Additionally, the team only scored 10 points, with Majahar Jamadar, the captain, scoring 4 points.

But in the second turn, Rajasthan pulled off an incredible comeback, winning three dream run bonus points and limiting Chennai Quick Guns to just 10 points thanks to an outstanding defensive performance. The attackers put on excellent performances in the second inning, and the Rajasthan Warriors led by 14 points entering the final turn, when Chennai showed itself to be the superior team. In the fourth turn, they won eighteen points, sealing the victory. On Saturday, the defending champion Odisha Juggernauts will take on the Gujarat Giants, while the Mumbai Khiladis will play the Chennai Quick Guns.
