A severe cloudburst struck Arunachal Pradesh's Keyi Panyor district, triggering a massive landslide and flash flood situation that caused widespread destruction in a residential area. The disaster occurred after days of relentless monsoon rainfall that had already weakened hill slopes and increased the risk of landslides.
