More than half of the women receiving financial assistance under the Punjab government's Mukh Mantri Maawan Dhian Satkar Yojana belong to the 36–59 age group, according to beneficiary data released by the state. Women aged 36–45 account for 25.2 per cent of beneficiaries, while those between 46 and 59 years make up 25.4 per cent, together representing over half of all recipients under the scheme.
