Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has issued a fresh warning to the United Kingdom, saying any military base used to launch attacks against Iranian territory would be treated as a legitimate target.
According to Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, the IRGC claimed that the United States has been using RAF Fairford in the UK to operate B-1 Lancer strategic bombers after reportedly exhausting cruise missile supplies launched from naval vessels in the Indian Ocean.
IRGC Issues Warning to the United Kingdom
The IRGC accused the UK of playing a major role in recent US military operations targeting Iran.
In its statement, the military force claimed Britain had one of the highest levels of involvement in the attacks alongside the United States. It also warned the UK against increasing its participation in any future military action.
The IRGC said that “any base used to attack Iranian soil is a legitimate target”, signalling that British military facilities could face retaliation if they are used in operations against Iran.
Claim About RAF Fairford
According to the report published by Tasnim News Agency, the IRGC alleged that the US Air Force had been flying B-1 Lancer bombers from RAF Fairford in England after cruise missile stocks launched from ships in the Indian Ocean were depleted.
However, the report did not provide independent evidence to support the claim.
IRGC Claims Strike on Amazon Facility in Bahrain
The IRGC also claimed responsibility for a cruise missile attack on what it described as Amazon’s central data infrastructure in Bahrain on Tuesday.
According to the group, the strike formed part of a broader military campaign against American-linked assets across the Middle East.
At the time of publication, the claim had not been independently verified. Amazon, Bahraini authorities, and US officials had not publicly responded to the allegation.
Claims of Attacks on US Military Assets
The IRGC further stated that it had targeted several US military facilities in the region.
According to its statement, the operations included:
- A missile defence radar system in Jordan.
- A US Air Force F-15 fighter jet.
- Drone maintenance infrastructure at Bahrain’s Sakhir Air Base.
- Vessel preparation facilities at Salman Port in Bahrain.
- Camp Arifjan, a major US military base in Kuwait.
The IRGC said these attacks were intended to weaken regional air defence systems before carrying out additional drone and missile operations.

Many of the claims made by the IRGC, including the alleged attacks on Amazon’s infrastructure and US military assets, have not been independently verified.
