In a recently shared video, Tucci demonstrated how to whip up a quick and easy frittata—a classic Italian dish typically made with eggs and finished in the oven.
Calling it a “no-effort” brunch idea, Tucci began by heating olive oil in a crepe pan before pouring in a mixture of eggs, wild garlic, Parmigiano cheese, and salt. As the eggs started to set, he gently loosened the edges with a spatula.
Instead of finishing the dish in the oven—a traditional step—Tucci flipped the frittata onto a plate and then slid it back into the pan to cook the other side. Once done, he plated it and topped it with freshly grated Parmigiano.
