The film is now set to arrive in cinemas worldwide on July 23, 2026, marking what is expected to be Vijay’s last appearance on the big screen before focusing entirely on his political career.
Veteran filmmaker Shekhar Kapur has warmly responded after Hollywood star Matt Damon expressed his long-standing desire to work with him. During The Odyssey press conference in Mumbai, Damon revealed that missing out on Kapur's 2002 film The Four Feathers remains one of his biggest career regrets, adding that he hopes to collaborate with the acclaimed Indian director someday.
