The Calcutta High Court on Thursday declined to grant interim relief to the Trinamool Congress (TMC) in its challenge against West Bengal Assembly Speaker Rathindra Nath Bose’s decision recognising expelled party leader Ritabrata Banerjee as the Leader of the Opposition (LoP).
