Pathan’s statement comes shortly after cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar also voiced concern over the ongoing controversy. Tendulkar reflected on a lesson taught by his late father, saying, “Failure is okay, cheating is not. Never take shortcuts.” He highlighted the importance of honesty, hard work, and merit, while acknowledging the disappointment felt by students whose efforts may have been overshadowed by alleged unfair practices.
