Senior DMK leader and Tamil Nadu MLA Anitha Radhakrishnan has launched a sharp attack on the newly formed TVK government led by Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay, claiming that the administration will not last more than six months.

Speaking at a party event in Thoothukudi district, the DMK veteran alleged that the government’s stability was weak and suggested that political developments in the state could lead to its early collapse. He also questioned aspects of Vijay’s personal and political image, including the absence of his family members at his swearing-in ceremony, triggering fresh controversy in Tamil Nadu politics.

Radhakrishnan further asserted that the opposition DMK, led by MK Stalin, would return to power in the future, expressing confidence in a political comeback.

His remarks come amid ongoing political tensions in the state following the formation of the TVK-led government, which has already faced criticism from opposition parties over governance, alliances, and legislative support.
