The death toll in the collapse of twin four-storey buildings in Delhi's Rohini has risen to three after rescue teams recovered two more bodies during overnight operations. The deceased were identified as 62-year-old Ram Dua, the father of one of the building owners, and 24-year-old labourer Kafe alias Nurul.
A major rescue operation is underway in Maharashtra's Pune district after an administrative building collapsed near the sanitary landfill (SLF) in Moshi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, on Wednesday. Officials said nearly 20 people were inside the building when the incident occurred.
