In a statement shared on X, the president stressed that Iran remains focused on protecting the security, stability, and peace of its people despite ongoing regional tensions.
Pezeshkian said diplomacy remains a key pillar of Iran’s approach, alongside its defence capabilities. He maintained that the country has not abandoned either the battlefield or the negotiating table, underscoring Tehran’s commitment to pursuing dialogue while remaining prepared to defend itself when necessary.
Expressing confidence in the nation’s resilience, the Iranian president said Iran would emerge stronger from the current challenges. He emphasized that national unity, rational decision-making, and determination would help the country overcome the crisis and protect its long-term interests.
